A Master Permanent Cosmetic Tattooing course in the state of Virginia should be designed to prepare students for advanced permanent cosmetic tattooing procedures in accordance with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and the Virginia Board for Barbers and Cosmetology regulations.
The program must include a minimum of 200 clock hours and advanced theory, safety, sanitation, and hands-on practical training.
